What a gem of a spot! The Herons Rest Boutique Accommodation provided a tranquil oasis by the water, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. Sylvia, our lovely hostess, made us feel right at home and even helped us book an exciting tour to the Cliffs of Moher. With its ideal location within walking distance to the city's attractions, we enjoyed exploring the charming streets and indulging in delicious local cuisine.The sea view bedrooms were a dream, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The gourmet breakfast hamper was a delightful touch, filled with fresh and wholesome goodies to start our mornings right. The top floor loft lounge was a favorite spot, offering breathtaking bird's eye views across the bay, where we could relax and take in the beauty of Galway.Our stay at The Herons Rest was simply outstanding - from the clean and well-appointed townhouses to the warm hospitality we received. The thoughtful design and fully equipped kitchen made it feel like a true home away from home. We can't wait to return and explore more of the region, thanks to this ideal base for our Irish escapades.
